For FLV video we recommend beget or web1.0 hosting because they support http, for html we recommend ukoz. Fill in all the fields (Last video name is responsible for the name of the video in the list and Video Name for the name of the video in the player) When you fill everything in and agree to the rules, your video will appear on one of the pages.
